WHY WE WIN CASES
Attorney Jacob Rhein is a strategic, long-range thinker who pays close attention to detail. During law school, Rhein served as Lead Managing Editor of the Minnesota Law Review, where he was responsible for personally reviewing and checking every single sentence, footnote, and character before the journal went to print. His first job out of law school was as a public defender, where he was frequently on his feet arguing difficult cases and cross-examining witnesses.
Today, Rhein brings that same level of attention and strategic thinking to his practice of civil discovery – interrogatories, requests for admissions, requests for production of documents, and depositions. He uses these tools effectively to build a persuasive case and tell a story that is supported by the evidence. When Rhein asks a detailed question during discovery, he is already planning his cross-examination and developing a narrative for trial. Time and again, Rhein has created a record of fraud that has forced his opponents to admit defeat and pay our clients what they deserve.
ZEALOUS REPRESENTATION FOR THE UNJUSTLY ACCUSED
In addition to representing plaintiffs, we are also skilled at defending clients against unjust claims. Rhein is an accomplished defense attorney and appellate advocate who has overturned judgements in serious cases ranging from murder to insurance subrogation. We understand that there are almost always two sides to any story, and that sometimes the defendant in a case is the true party who has been wronged. In such cases, we know how to strike back and make effective use of motions practice to defend our clients’ rights. Read about our recent case results for for information on our practice.
